Yesterday the water was running clear, and today the drilling rig had moved to make way for the pipes and man hole covers.   It was altogether quieter on site – much to the relief of the neighbours!    

The second borehole has struck water! I’m reliably informed that, so far, 50,000 litres of it has been pumped out in order to clear the sand out of the well and ensure a flow of clean water.   Tomorrow work … Continue reading →
